Students urged to delete controversial social app

The latest social media application to stir up controversy among teens has prompted one Lincoln Park school to ask students to delete Yik Yak and parents to make sure their child doesn’t reinstall it.

It opens up the bigger debate about how we deal with the increased perception of the anonymity these apps seem to enable and whether this is in fact a reality.
